There are people who are setting up misleading websites and fraudulently selling electric vehicles online and in temporary retail locations and not delivering cars. They are taking deposits from people, ignoring emails, phone calls and disappearing! Speculation exists that these crimes are getting more frequent as people are becoming more desparate over gas prices.

This is an unfortunate aspect of the electric car industry and we are working directly with victims and the F.B.I. and local police to coordinate the investigations. People have been arrested and we have been instrumental in closing down fraudulent businesses and protecting future victims.
