What can we say? This is the most insane idea in the history of mankind. Having people drive around a car that uses hydrogen is right up there with the nuclear toaster, the jet powered hair dryer... cement underwear!

GOOD: Exhaust (from the vehicle) is water.

BAD: Hydro is expensive to produce and there's even talk about using dirty used nuclear waste as a primary material. Imagine an industry of hundreds of Hy-factories transporting nuclear waste around the world... Not good!

BAD: Hydro is way way way from being practical. Supporters always claim hydro cars are "20 years away from being affordable" But, they've been saying that for 15 years! The 2008 sticker price of a hydro-car is $1,000,000 per vehicle... Even with mass production that cost will be $250,000 per car.

BAD: Hydro stations will cost about 3 trillion dollars to build. Who will pay for that... WE ALL WILL.

WORSE: They say "hydro cars will be "cheap to drive"... Yea? gas was real cheap in 1880's when the car companies fell in love with gas! Today, gas keeps going up, gas companies are financially gouging the public, making more profit than any time in history... No, we think hy-gas will just be another commodity that the "hy-industry" will use to take all the money in our bank accounts.

UNSPEAKABLE: Replacing gas stations with hy-stations is like putting a HYDROGEN BOMB on every corner in every city in the world. They said a building with 120 stories was safe to build... Sept 11, 2001 showed us they didn't consider every scenario that could happen? More than 3,500 people died because of the New York Trade Centers falling... imagine a hydro station blowing up in downtown Los Angeles or Tokyo!!!!

CONCLUSION: Hydro cars, sounded promising... but we think the auto industry should take the 3-5 billion dollars to create this "hydro-mess" and invest it into solar and electric cars.
