April 2008 One of our first customers purchased a eRoadster and 3 days later was involved in a street altercation.

Apparently, while passing on the normally tranquil streets of her northern California town she was "egged on" by a couple of bad hombres who were also traveling "sans gas". Things escalated quickly as egos clashed and the volts roared.

According to witnesses, one of the riders made a "questionable hand gesture" to Nancy, the proud EV owner and the rubber fried and the thunder rolled!

Nancy's blazing hot white eRoadster left the hombre's quivering in her dust.

Now, we at ElectricCars.com want to make it perfectly clear that we do not condone such anti-violent actions and strongly advise our customers to "control their wattage" on the streets.
