1993 - City-E Electric Vehicle Check out the electronics in this thing! We've really dug down into the caverns of EV history to find this relic! The City-EL is of the cutest and most efficient single passangerelectric vehicles you can hardly find. They were originally made in Denmark and are currently being made in Germany (www.cityel.com). They are being produced in Europe but no longer imported into the US. This City-EL came to Sacramento as part of an evaluation program in the 90's after which the company apparently didn't want to go through the retrofitting to satisfy US laws and quite importing them.
